The Apartment

New for the winter season 2014/15 the Apartment Balcon du Pleney is a stunning self catered apartment in a brilliant location. If you are looking for an apartment where it is possible to ski from then the Balcon du Pleney is the perfect apartment. All you need to do is walk out of the apartment, walk 20 meters and you are skiing on the Pleney blue run ‘Retour de Nants.’ Again to get back to the apartment you just ski down this blue run and you within 20 meters of the apartment. You also have the luxury of being just a 4 minute walk from the Pleney lift and the centre of Morzine and all the bars and restaurants. Despite being centrally located it is still a very peaceful setting with beautiful views of the mountains.

Apartment Balcon du Pleney is on the middle floor of a brand new apartment complex. Upon entering the apartment there is a long hallway with an area to dry boots and jackets. This hallway flows through to the open plan lounge and dining area, which boasts comfy sofas, flat screen TV/DVD and picture windows with great views. There is a bespoke kitchen with full size oven, 4-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer plus a washing machine. Leading off the hallway there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 can be a double or twin and has a good size en-suite bathroom with bath (plus shower fitment), washbasin and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be a double or twin. They share a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC plus there is additional separate WC off of the hallway. This apartment boasts free wifi. There is parking for 1 car.

The close proximity to both the slopes and the centre of Morzine makes this an ideal apartment for groups of friends or families.
