Le Slalom 33: sleeps 4-6 self-catered

Uniquely located in the heart of Morzine with fine views of the Le Pleney ski slopes and easy access to ski lifts, fine shops and restaurants.

Le Slalom 33 is a brand new, top floor, luxury alpine apartment located right in the centre of Morzine. The newly constructed apartment sleeps 4-6 people and occupies a truly unique position. It is ideally situated, looking onto the new winter ice rink and the famous Le Pleney ski slope – perfectly positioned to watch the weekly torch lit decent. The local amenities, excellent shops, bars and restaurants of this popular alpine resort are right on your doorstep. The Pleney and Super-Morzine cable cars are both just a minutes walk away. The ski bus to the nearby Avoriaz stops just outside the building.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower). The secure, south facing balcony catches the sun for most of the day/early evening and being on the top floor enjoys enhanced views. The apartment has its own private underground parking and ski locker. The building has its own lift to access the parking and all floors.

Children welcome. Property size = 52m sq. Distance from nearest ski lift = 100 meters. Distance from ski bus stop = 25 metres. Distance from shops and restaurants = 10 metres.

Available on a weekly or nightly basis (3 night minimum).

Open plan Lounge

The lounge has a large L-shape sofa which converts to a double bed. It benefits from a televison, dvd player and hi fi system. There is a dining table and chairs.

There are south facing windows and doors onto the south facing balcony.

Bedroom One

Bedroom one has a double bed plus south facing window.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom two has a set of bunk beds and a single bed, with fitted cupboard for storage. It has a south facing window.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with a fridge, hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Bathroom One

The bathroom has a full length bath with shower mixer, hand basin and towel rail.

Bathroom Two

The second bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

Underground Private Parking

The apartment has it’s own private garage situated in the secure underground parking below the apartment. It is served by a lift to all floors.

Ski Locker

The apartment has it’s own ski locker to keep your sporting goods safe.
