Le Slalom 13: sleeps 4 self-catered
Le Slalom 13 is a superb mid floor apartment located right in the centre of Morzine. Built in 2008, the Slalom 13 sleeps 4 people and occupies an excellent position. It is ideally situated, looking onto the new winter ice rink and the famous Le Pleney ski slope. The apartment consists of a lounge and dining area with flat screen tv and dvd player, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one which is ensuite). The secure, south and west facing balcony catches the sun for most of the day/early evening and enjoys beautiful views of the slopes. The apartment has its own private underground parking and ski locker. The building has its own lift to access the parking and all floors. The local amenities, excellent shops, bars and restaurants of this popular alpine resort are right on your doorstep. The Pleney and Super-Morzine cable cars are both just a minutes walk away. The ski bus to the nearby Avoriaz stops just outside the building. Children welcome. Distance from nearest ski lift = 50 meters. Distance from ski bus stop = 25 metres. Distance from shops and restaurants = 10 metres.
Linen and towels are provided.
Available on a weekly or nightly basis (3 night minimum).
Open plan Lounge/Kitchen
The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chair plus a flat screen tv and dvd player. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, full size oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is a dining table and 6 chairs. Note that there is a washing machine in a cupboard in the hall.
There are south and west facing windows and doors leading out onto the balcony from the lounge.
Bedroom One
Bedroom one has twin beds (or a double) with a flat screen tv and dvd player. This bedroom has a south facing window. There is also an ensuite shower and washbasin.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom two has a set of bunk beds plus a south facing window.
Bathrooms
Along with the ensuite shower room connected to Bedroom One there is also a family bathroom with full size bath with shower fitment and washbasin. Separate wc.
Underground Private Parking
The apartment has it’s own private and secure underground parking below the apartment. It is served by a lift to all floors.
Ski Locker
The apartment has it’s own ski locker to keep your sporting goods safe.
