Our aim is to ensure that you go home after a chalet holiday with us feeling that you have had more than your moneys worth. Here is what is included in your catered chalet holiday.
What is included in your catered winter holiday:
- Double or twin based on 2 people sharing
- Welcome drinks and nibbles/canapes
- 6 sumptuous 4 course evening meals with unlimited yet good quality wine followed by coffee/tea and chocolates
- 7 breakfasts – cooked or continental
- Afternoon tea and home made cakes for 7 days
- Early tea for any children in the group if required
- Room and chalet cleaning on 6 days
- Fluffy towels and L’Occitane Toiletries
- Extra towels for use in the hot tub and sauna
- Crisp white fresh bed linen
- Courtesy minibus service to and from the lifts each day and around the resort including the chalet staffs day off.
- Assistance with booking ski and snowboard hire, lift passes and ski and snowboard lessons
- Ski & Snowboard Hosting for 2 days
- Use of the Hot Tub and Sauna
- Free Wi-Fi
- Ipod Docking Station
- Board games and a selection of DVDs

TRANSFERS – Although at an additional cost, you will find our airport transfers competitively priced. Relax in the knowledge that when you book one of your transfers, on arrival one of our drivers will be waiting for you. You will not have to hang around at the Airport. You will be taken direct to the chalet. If your flight is delayed we will be waiting for you.
Arrival and Departure:
You can check into the chalet after 16.00 on your arrival day and you will need to check out by 10.00 on your departure day. If you wish to get an extra days skiing/snowboarding in then we can store your luggage for you.
